Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Share your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
  3. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return/exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item back to you.
